I hired VickieSpencer to proofread a 340-word sales letter. She delivered the order with three errors, ONE of them were glaring errors that really should not have been missed by her. After pointing them out I asked for a refund. She ignored my refund request totally, apologized for missing one of them, and explained the others were okay. I still believe when you hire someone to proofread something, we should NOT have to point out the things they missed. I would not hire her again. hopefully, this review will encourage her to pay a little more attention to future gigs.
