Hi, I've been editing and proofreading essays for students in graduate school for years, and I decided to extend that service to Fiverr.
I primarily work with students who aspire to apply to college, graduate school, or residency programs. I chose to offer this service because I have been in the exact same position and no one's work matched my expectations.
I will provide proofreading for errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and syntax. I will rewrite to correct word choice, structural issues, inconsistencies, redundancies, and vague statements. I'll also confirm your paper sounds professional and precise.
I genuinely appreciate the English language and enjoy being innovative with it. I primarily edit Letters of Recommendation, various essay prompts, and any college, professional school, and residency personal statements. All editing is done with MY own eyes and creativity, no outsourcing. Upon delivery, I will attach a word document containing my edits.

I was not happy with this seller's writing style and switched most of the revisions back to my original document. I felt that she reconstructed sentences and switched out synonyms unnecessarily, often making it sound worse. Overall, if you're a poor writer then I'm sure you would be satisfied with her work. However, if you're already a decent writer and looking for that professional flair, she may not be the right fit for you.

I’m sorry you felt that way. However, you did not clarify what you expected from my edits. Surely, I am not going to rewrite your entire paper for you, nor is anyone else on fiverr who is not a robot. Each paper I edit differs in the amount of adjustments required. Clearly my prior reviews from English fluent clients can attest for themselves.
